● Applications and Characters:
YDFM-720/920/1100 Hydraulic Film Laminating Machine is characterized in advanced design, compact structure, large pressure, fast warming, low noise and smooth operation. It uses BOPP thermal film and is widely used for window patching boxes, food boxes, periodicals, drawing and so on. The laminated products will be water-proof, clear, and good spatial effect etc.
- Adjustable side guider ensures the paper feeding locating.
- Manual hydraulic system provides big and steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality.
- High precision of chrome plated heating roller is equipped with built-in electrical tube heater which makes temperature rise quickly. The laminating temperature is adjustable upon applications.
- Equipped with reel film side cutter and perforating device
- Laminated paper is rolled up automatically by the winding spindle. Winding speed is adjustable upon requests. Winded paper shall be cut manually.
- One-piece construction design makes the machine run more stably, and lengthens the machine’s lifetime.
