    • 两台平压平模切机的操作面相对,并保证送纸部和收纸部同向,实现了两台模切机共用同一脚踏板,刀版,清废版,前清废版以及所有板框,甚至同一板框交换台的功能。
    • 两台模切机每班只需一名机长,降低人力成本,同时,两台模切机面对面安放的布局,保证了整个作业情况尽在一名机长的目视监控范围内,方便机长发现异常,排除故障,提高成品率。
    • 正反(左右)手双机组合模切机配对安装时可使用同一个板框交换台及相同的板框,板框可任意互换安装。

    采用中央定位系统,校版快,调整方便。
    前清废装置能够完全清除咬纸边的废料,并由输送带将咬纸边废料送出机外。

    叼口部分废边通过此装置剥离并且输送到机器外部,从而完成四边清废。

    计数堆叠收纸部(选配) :
    不停式气缸自动收纸插架及自动升降托架收纸台配合交替使用,可计数堆叠,同时配合皮带输送至机外(可与自动分纸机联接)。
    电子计数器。
    可调节弹簧链条涨紧后缓冲从动轮大大减少牙排转向的惯量冲击,并可保持链条的均衡涨紧度。

    Stripping Section:

    Paper Counting 8 Collecting Section:Optional
