GW-S140/S170伺服电脑高精密卷筒纸分切机采用英国先进的技术， 本机电脑控制系统采用先进的伺服系统， 并结合多位高级工程师研究生产切纸机的多年丰富经验及生产工艺， 研制出新一代高精度、 节能有高效的新产品。 该产品广泛应用于切卡纸、 铜版纸、 文化纸、 牛皮纸、 双胶纸、 高光相纸、 金银卡纸、 铝箔纸、 烟酒 包装纸等产品。 是造纸行业及印刷包装产业中普遍采用的纸品裁切机。
- 局部介绍:
无轴式原纸架及PLC张力控制系统:
采用多点式张力控制系统，电脑测算自动反馈给PLC控制系统。通过比例阀实现刹车负荷之增减张力，达到自动控制纸张的张力，并可通过人机界面进行微调操作。
切刀部分：
1. 刀辊：采用英国切刀方法，以有效降低切纸时的荷重及噪音，延 长 切刀寿命上刀辊体以精钢焊接后作精密加工，并经动态平衡调整，有 效降低高速运转时之震动及噪音。
2. 下刀座：下刀座采用铸铁一体成形铸造，再经精密加工，稳定性佳。
3. 主动辊：辊面有扩张纹路设计，并以气缸控制辊体之加压夹纸。
4. 回切刀：以特殊合金钢精密加工制成，寿命特长，刀刃容易调较。
5. 安全罩：安全罩掀开即自动停机,安全有保障。
三组分条刀 可供修边及对剖:
剪切式分条刀组具有靠刀二段式动作，精确调整上下刀片重叠深度， 可因不同入料方向来调整刀片角度及免用工具快递固定刀组等特点。 剪切式分切方式具有分切时粉末少，切面光滑及高速分切等特点。高 刚性刀架更可适用于300m/min高速分条环境，提高生产效益并确保 材料品质稳定性。
重叠部分:
无极变频调速控制的快/慢速带，会自动跟踪刀速，自动调整速带，使 纸张能完美实现重叠。
收纸部:
自动升降系统以及三面互调的收纸部位，加上无极震荡齐纸机构，保 障纸张收的整齐又顺畅。
电气部分 :

It adopts a multi-point tension controlsystem and automatically feeds back tothe Pl C control system through aninfrared distance measuring electric eyeThe tension of the brake load is increased or decreased through theproportional valve, which =canautomatically control the tension of thepaper, and can be fine-tuned throughthe man-machine interface.
Rotary Cutting Knife Unit:
- Upper knife roller: The British cutter method is adopted to effectively reduce the load and noise during paper cutting, and to extend the life of the cutter.
