电控部分:
采用大尺寸工业电脑，英国CT高端大功率伺服系统，配置自主知识产权的软件控制系统。画面和谐，显示内容丰富，操作性强。高效的大功率伺服配合储能器，有效的节省了电能，提高了经济性，真正做到了绿色节能。
双回旋螺旋刀组:
配置大功率高响应英国CT伺服，保障裁切的精度及效率。引进台湾先进刀头技术，无间隙齿轮结构设计，有效消除2把刀的晃动间隙，保障刀片的寿命及裁切精度。箱体采用球墨铸铁，时效处理后，经5轴高精度加工中心一次性加工完成，保证产品的精度及一致性。刀座采用整理式铸件结构，有效保障刀体在高速运行时的平稳性。
纵切部分:
伺服控制高精度中分刀与修边刀，实现了全自动定位，方便调整，提高效率。二段式自动气压下刀及靠刀动作，精确调整刀片的切入深度，剪切式的分切结构，减小纸粉的同时，切面更加 光滑。
输送部分:
高速带采用英国CT大功率伺服驱动，保障出纸的顺畅。气动清废结构，方便对废纸进行清除，提高操作的方便些。气弹簧皮带张紧装置，保证每条皮带都能平稳运行。

Double Convolute Spiral Knife Set:
The twin spiral knife paper sheet cutting unit has a synchronic rotary cutting knife like scissors on the material to make a smooth and accurate cutting for paper from 150gsm and up to 1000gsm. Equipped with high-power and high-response British CT servo to ensure cutting accuracy and efficiency. The introduction of Taiwan’s advanced cutter head technology and a gap-free gear structure design can effectively eliminate the shaking gap of the two knives, ensuring the life of the blade and cutting accuracy. The box body is made of nodular cast iron. After aging treatment, it is processed by a 5-axis high-precision machining center at one time to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the product. The tool holder adopts an integral casting structure, which effectively guarantees the stability of the tool body during high-speed operation.
