CM-S1100/1500/1700/1900A伺服传动电脑高精密卷筒纸分切机采用德国与英国的先进技术，本机电脑控制系统采用国际顶尖品牌伺服电机及AC变频器、输送带采用日本尼塔（NITTA）、气动振动器采用瑞士菲迪瓦（FINDEVA）、电气系统采用穆勒与欧姆龙，使切纸速度更快且稳定；德国精密轴承及切断刀，切断精度高；轻触式电脑界面控制，操作简单；构造合理的反曲架，保证纸张的平坦，是目前造纸业及印刷业中普遍采用的纸品加工机械。
CM-SA系列伺服传动电脑高精密卷筒纸分切设备可以高效完成产品的分切、纵切、修边，同时保证最高的精度和产品质量。 CM-SA系列卷筒纸分切设备具有丰富的硬件配置，几乎可以适应任何产品的分切要求。

采用球墨铸铁-QT500-7、原纸架夹臂，特殊工艺铸造，强度高、永不变形，保证原纸架夹臂安全。
采用钢板-Q335,机身墙板精加工制造，强度高，保证机身墙板不变形。
使用NSK进口原装轴承。
使用法国施耐德、日本欧姆龙等进口原件。

CM-S1100/1500/1700/1900A Servo Precision High Speed Sheet Cutter apply the advanced techinque of Germany and England. The machine computer control system apply servo motor and AC transducer which are both international of top brand. The conveyer belt apply NITTA from Japan. The pneumatic vibrator apply FINDEVA from Switzerland. The electrical system adopts MOELLER&OMRON. The speed of cutting paper is so fast and stable. Germany precise bearing and cutting knife assure the high cutting precision. The touchscreen makes the operation easy. The anti-curve rack assurethe paper flat. This machine is the paper processing machine which is very popular in the paper making and printing industry. It can improve the efficiency and benifit of your work.

Adopt nodular cast iron-QT500-7, original paper frame clamp arms casting by special technology process, thus featuring by high strength, never deformation and ensure the safety of original paper frame clamp arms.
Adopt steel plate-Q335 , the mainframe wallboard has precision manufacturing and high strength, thus will never-deformed.
The machine uses NSK imported original bearing.
The machine uses original parts imported from France Schneider, and Japanese OMRON, etc.
Die cutting accuracy reach to ± 0.5mm, the highest speed reaches 300 sheet/min.
The back cutter is adopt Germany Ni-Cr-Mo metal steel, with high precision and will never- deforms; the knife edge is easy to adjust and calibrate.
Use the automatic angle-aligning system to realize fast angle aligning of worksheet.

Cutting Part:

Upper cutter roll: Adopt the UK cutter method to effectively reduce the load and noise of paper cutting as well as extend the service life of cutter. The part of upper cutter roll adopts stainless steel welding, precision finishing, and balance adjustment, to effectively reduce the vibration and noise of high-speed operation.
Lower cutter holder: Adopt cast iron integrated forming casting, and combine with precision finishing, to have better stability.
Drive roll: Roller 's surface adopts the expansion texture design and controls the pressurized clip paper of roller through the cylinder.
Back cutting knife: Made of special alloy steel through precision finishing, thus having long service life; the blade is easy to adjust and calibrate.
Safety cover: The machine stops automatically when the safety cover is open, so as to guarantee safety
