    高速精密前沿送纸装置可稳定输送各种类型和品质的瓦楞纸,适应性强,工作范围广。
    特殊的聚乙脂送纸胶轮配合栅栏式托纸架和气垫确保厚重翘曲纸板输送顺畅和纸板的精准到位。
    变频吸风量微调装置以适应从F到五层不同厚度瓦楞纸的送纸要求。

    输纸台侧定位部:
    左右各一套侧定位推归,保证纸板侧定位精准。
    输纸步距调整采用先进的不停机调节。
    前挡前后位置可根据咬口尺寸作微调。

    可变速蜗轮传动装置:
    独特蜗轮曲柄机构带动肘杆式高精密度平面模切下工作台,模切冲程短,动角大,有利于多拼版高速运行。

    三框清废部:
    水平位置固定式清废中模版配合渐进加速运动曲线清废上框打废点动作,清废结构精简,动作减少,打废点瞬间力度加大,清废动作更简捷有效。
    牙排在清废部停留时采靠规定位,使清废定位更加准确。
    采用中央定位系统,校版快,调整方便。
    前清废装置能够完全清除咬纸边的废料,并由输送带将咬纸边废料送出机外。

    计数堆叠收纸部(选配) :
    不停式气缸自动收纸插架及自动升降托架收纸台配合交替使用,可计数堆叠,同时配合皮带输送至机外(可与自动分纸机联接)。
    电子计数器。
    可调节弹簧链条涨紧后缓冲从动轮大大减少牙排转向的惯量冲击,并可保持链条的均衡涨紧度。

    Ihree Layer Stripping Section:

    Center line system for quick stripping tool set up and change over, compatible with centerline.
    Front edge waste removal system removes and transfers waste edge outside the machine via conveyor belt.

    Counting & Collecting Section: Optional

    Escalator delivery fork cooperate with non-stop air cylinder for neat and positive conveying to belt table. Bundle Delivery table is ready for further connection with Breaker for inline operation (to be required at order).
    Electrical batch counter as standard.
    Spring loaded adjustable chain tensioner for maintaining constant tension thus reducing stress on chains and producing smooth gripper bar movement.

    Gripper Edge Waste Removal Device:

    Automatic delivery with non – stop curtain. This curtain moves into the delivery to catch the arriving sheets during the pile exchange. two blowers for paper collection can ensure neat collection of thin and thick papers.
